Despite the Company's current unregistered status, we recognize and affirm our responsibility to safeguard the privacy and data security of individuals who interact with our website, exempiremarketing.com.

The exclusive venue for any dispute arising under or related to this Policy shall be in the State or federal courts located in the Parish of St. Tammany, Louisiana.
